Campaign Story
Wyoming Youth Basketball Association (WYBA) was founded to bring valuable programming and play opportunities to youth in the state of Wyoming. WYBA is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) youth organization under the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). We strive to significantly impact the youth sports community by developing athletes, coaches, and parents into leaders with character and a passion for excellence, emphasizing the overall growth and development of the athlete. We teach life through sports. We wish to instill a love for the game and a love for learning. We implement high level coaching with a strong philosophy centered on core values and the “Journey to Success.”
We do this with comprehensive programs tailored specific to the athletes through athletic training, team building, competition, and personal development. We will focus on the development of ALL participants, no matter experience level, from a physical, mental, emotional, and relational standpoint.
It takes a community! WYBA recently received a $3,000 grant from the Campbell County Parks & Recreation Department. You too, can become a sponsor for the Wyoming Youth Basketball Association and support youth in your area. Check out the rewards for several levels of sponsorships.
There are many expenses for implementing this program. Funds raised will be used to buy equipment for the new facility such as Sport Court Flooring, Hoops and more.
